The philosophy for each core BURN class is the same, but each workout is very different and motivated by a seasoned trainer. Classes are broken up between Cardio, Strength and Power stations; while a certified trainer leads you through the group 50 minute workout. Our program incorporates your personal wellness goals, designs the optimal workout and six month wellness plan for your needs.

All of the exercises and movements in our BURN Program can be modified based on your current fitness level. Some of us need less cardio intensity or just want to regain range of motion. BurnRate was built for us all that want a supported and personal fitness and nutrition experience that motivates us optimally and honestly. Our goal is to be the new standard for fitness and nutritional wellness, one member at a time. Whether you are an athlete or just beginning your wellness journey, we can build the right plan with you.

We will also offer a variety of introduction classes to Yoga, Boxing and Nutrition Mindfulness.



At the core of the BurnRate Fitness experience is our state-of-the-art heart rate monitoring and reporting. Each class you will see your heart rate real-time on our TV leader board and find your ‘BurnRate’ for optimal performance and maximum calorie burn. Our technology allows you to precisely manage your heart rate and ensure you are training your body and mind in each workout. A workout summary email will be sent to each member after class.

All Unlimited and 8-class Monthly Members, also have access to our 3D scanning and nutrition program. We will set 90 day goals around your needs, nutritional requirements, 3D Scan contrasting and your attendance planned. Use our apple or android mobile app to schedule your classes or monitor exercise outside of BurnRate. The technology we are incorporating into our practice is nothing short of incredible and will deliver a powerful, cohesive and accountable member experience.



Nutrition & Mindfulness

Sound Nutritional Coaching With Mindful Daily Intention. All members will have a “Mentor Trainer” and the entire BurnRate team is here to support your journey.  Mindfulness in your workouts and daily eating habits are key. We teach sensible meal planning backed by science and designed to feed the ‘whole you’.


Key to building a sound core foundation and reducing post workout recovery.   Our philosophy incorporates group warm-up, stretching, group floor and cool down routines.  Everyday life takes its toll on your joints and your posture.  Aim to regain your range of motion with our proven methodology.


One of a kind experience with state-of-the-art FreeMotion Treadmills, Ellipticals, Cycles, Arc Trainers & Water Rowers are ready to get those heart rates up.  Take out those frustrations on our 100lb heavy bags in the BurnRate boxing zone.   We can teach you how to box the right way and improve situational awareness, speed, accuracy and balance.


Endless options to accommodate your unique needs and goals. BurnRate leverages many components for our strength and stability training.  Designated stations give us options for weight bench exercises, TRX, kettle bells, battle ropes, bosu balls and boxing. We will motivate your safely and make strength training fun.



When Are Classes Held?  How Do I Schedule?

BurnRate classes are held throughout the day and we will start with (8) classes a day on average, increasing class frequency as membership demands.  Reserve your class space out to 60-days if wanted by calling our front desk, online via our website or our iphone/android phone application. We highly encourage member feedback, and make it easy for you to be heard by class with our mobile app technology.
