Power Flow Yoga

Power Flow Yoga takes its inspiration from Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga styles. Vinyasa flow is based in sun salutations, and Power Flow Yoga takes that flow and puts it in a more powerful setting, making it the most athletic style of yoga. You will burn some calories and sweat in this yoga class!

Pilates & Yoga Fusion

Blending mat Pilates with Yoga, as we flow between the two styles seamlessly - that is Pilates/Yoga Fusion. Strengthen your core, build your balance, isometrically and dynamically train your muscles, and stretch tight problem spots!

Yoga Stretch & Restore

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. With Yoga Stretch and Restore, you will go through poses that stretch your muscles to restore your body from tightness and build up your flexibility. If your body is tight and tired, this is the class for you!
